In a follow up 60 min virtual (Video Call) appointment, your comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Treatment Plan will be presented which will take into account your medical history.
The plan will include detailed timetable for personalised nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene , stress management and reduction techniques for alcohol and/or smoking , all reflecting your blood test results
