Founded by Dr Chandra Ratnam, a GMC Registered Physician with over 20 years experience, integrating clinical expertise with evidence-based research for personalised healthcare.

Hi, my name is Chandra, my experience includes a decade in Acute and Internal Medicine in the NHS followed by a decade as an Independent Pharmaceutical Consultant. More recently I have been Internationally and Nationally Accredited in Lifestyle Medicine. By incorporating this experience, knowledge and my own personal experience of achieving the correct lifestyle balance, I strongly believe that through high quality education anyone can achieve their best health through lifestyle changes.

Acute and General Medicine Hospital Specialist:

I qualified from Kings College London Medical School with a career spanning over 20 years. The initial 10 years I practised as a Hospital Specialist in Acute and Internal Medicine working in the NHS in London, where I provided clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adult patients with urgent and often life threatening medical needs.

Pharmaceutical Physician Consultant:

Transitioning into Pharmaceutical Medicine, I spent the next decade as an Independent Consultant, providing advice and expertise in various areas of clinical research, drug development, drug regulations (this involved meetings with NICE and the MHRA), commerce and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. This experience equipped me with valuable insights into optimising patient outcomes through research centred evidence-based medicine.

Accredited in Lifestyle Medicine

I hold International and National Accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine.
