The Challenge

Patient N, a female in her Mid 40s, initially contacted the clinic wanting a comprehensive women's health blood test. She wanted to know if the symptoms of tiredness, brain fog, frustration, and low energy were due to hormonal changes.

She had a history of gestational diabetes, a tendency to fluctuate in dress size, and ideally wanted to achieve her pre-pregnancy size again.

Initial blood results did not indicate that Patient N was peri-menopausal, but had signs of Insulin Resistance. Therefore, the symptoms she was experiencing were solely due to her lifestyle factors of work stress, family life, and not eating the right foods for her body.

What We Did Together

Over 11 weeks, we worked together and followed a completely personalised treatment plan, based on Patient N’s blood results and Lifestyle.
